Overview[edit]
With a such a large and diverse population, it's no surprise that Los Angeles draws Hunters in from all organizations. Although some have gained better strongholds and traction than others, most Compacts and Conspiracies have found some sort of home in the city. Some work more closely together than others, some keep their presence or existence unknown altogether. At the end of the day though, all keepers of the Vigil understand one thing: they're all in this fight together.

Both the most numerous but most disconnected, 'unaligned' hunters make up a large population of Candle holders in the city. Whether they're unaware of the larger groups at play or distrustful of both Compacts and Conspiracies, these hunters still manage to fight back the darkness that enroaches on the city.

In a city notorious for cosmetic surgery, the Cheiron Group has found a cozy home in Los Angeles. A large population of people means a large population of monsters to prey upon them - plenty of monsters for the Conspiracy to capture, study, and disect. And with the ease of the way that the Group is able to work under the radar? The public is none the wiser.

Malleus Maleficarium[edit]
It's no surprise that the City of Angels has a faithful gathering of the Malleus Maleficarium amongst its citizens. Although they have strong roots in Catholicism, in recent times they've extended an olive branch to other religions and spiritualities. In an eternal war against darkness, strong faith of the light is most valued.

Task Force: VALKYRIE[edit]
Backed by the government and following a somewhat militaristic code, the TFV boast several successful hunts under their command. Their presence in Los Angeles is well-known, but their actual numbers and operations are mostly kept secret from the public. Due to their similar origins, they work well with the VASCU.

VASCU[edit]
With one of the largest FBI branches in the country, the VASCU has a steady presence in Los Angeles. Although the number of agents in the city at any given moment aren't always certain, the resources available to Hunters is always there. They tend to work closely with Task Force: Valkyire and similar to the other group, keep information about them on a need to know basis.
